Monthly Membership Pricing
Carolina Medical Group is a Direct Primary Care practice and does not file claims with health insurance companies for membership care. Membership plans are based on the size of your family and are designed to provide comprehensive primary care without co-pays or deductibles for visits included in membership.

For families with seven or more members, $315 per month is the maximum family membership cost.
How to Pay
Monthly membership fees are typically set up as an automatic payment from a credit card, debit card, or qualifying HSA or FSA account.
Payment for services outside the membership, such as additional lab work, medications, pathology, or materials, is due at the time of visit. Carolina Medical Group accepts cash, credit cards, debit cards, and qualifying HSA or FSA accounts for eligible expenses.
Low Cost Services Provided
Some added specialty services and medications are provided at a low cost. Typical charges range from $5-$50. An exact cost can be provided any time prior to services being rendered. Fees for additional labs are set by Quest Labs but are typically much cheaper than what can be provided by going through insurance.
